Attorney Thomas Bishop has a background in civil defense litigation. He has extensive experience handling cases in all stages of litigation, specifically in construction, trucking, auto, premises liability, product liability, tort, and catastrophic loss matters. Thomas handles civil defense matters throughout the state of Illinois as well as in federal court. Thomas also has experience handling insurance coverage disputes.

Thomas gained significant experience handling employment and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts nationwide, as well as in FINRA and AAA arbitration proceedings.

Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law in May of 2021. While in law school, Thomas was a member of the Loyola University Chicago School of Law client counseling team and worked as a judicial extern for Justice Mary L. Mikva in the Illinois Appellate Court, First District.

Thomas is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he earned his bachelor’s degree in political science. In his free time, he enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with his family and friends.
