Attorney Daniel Levato has a background in civil defense litigation and workers’ compensation defense litigation. He has experience handling cases in all stages of litigation, including briefing and arguing summary judgment motions and motions to dismiss. He has also argued at the Appellate Court of Illinois.

Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in May of 2022, where he also earned a certificate in intellectual property law. While in law school, Daniel clerked in various areas of litigation, including personal injury, patent litigation, and trade secrets.

Daniel is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he earned his bachelor's degree in biochemistry with a certificate in entrepreneurship. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, golfing, reading, going to sporting events, and spending time with his family.
